Role Overview

Accenture's Trust and Safety team helps platform companies improve the quality and safety of online content. The team works as an important line of defense and also tests, evaluates and challenges AI systems and platforms, including generative AI, to improve integrity and safety.

You will review and analyze user profiles, audio, video and text-based content, and investigate, escalate or resolve issues reported by users or flagged by the system. The role may expose you to objectionable or disturbing content.

Responsibilities

• Review, classify, remove or engage with content according to client guidelines, using specific tools and channels.
• Stay current on changing client policies, generative AI shortcomings, and developments in content moderation and responsible AI regulation and governance.
• Investigate, resolve and escalate complex content issues to the wider Trust and Safety team.
• Develop and run prompt strategies to test large language models on topics such as medical advice, legal advice and other sensitive areas.
• Assess model responses for appropriateness, refusals or disclaimers according to client definitions.
• Work with team members to build a shared understanding of responsible AI issues.
• Contribute to best practices and guidelines for content moderation and responsible AI governance.
