About the Role

This Trust & Safety role focuses on content moderation and responsible AI work for Accenture's clients. The team helps keep online platforms safe and improves the quality of content, including testing and challenging AI systems and platforms, including generative AI.

You will analyze and review user profiles, audio, video and text content, and investigate, escalate or resolve issues reported by users or flagged by the system. The role may expose you to objectionable or disturbing content, including flashing lights or contrasting light and dark patterns.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, classify, remove or otherwise engage with content according to client guidelines, using specific tools and channels.
• Stay current on changing client policies, generative AI shortcomings, and developments in content moderation and responsible AI regulation and governance.
• Investigate, resolve and escalate complex content issues to the wider Trust and Safety team.
• Develop and run prompt strategies to test large language models on topics such as medical advice, legal advice and other sensitive areas.
• Assess model responses for appropriateness, inappropriateness, refusals or added disclaimers, based on client definitions.
• Work with team members to build a shared understanding of responsible AI issues arising from model responses.
• Help develop best practices and guidelines for content moderation and responsible AI governance and policy.
