Role Overview

Accenture's Trust and Safety team helps platform companies keep online content safe while improving the quality of their businesses. The team acts as an important line of defense, improving the quality and safety of online content while giving hands-on job experience. Members also test, evaluate and challenge AI systems and platforms, including generative AI, to improve integrity and safety.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and review user profiles, audio, video and text-based content, and investigate, escalate or resolve issues reported by users or flagged by the system.
• Review, classify, remove or proactively engage with content according to client guidelines, using specific tools and channels.
• Stay updated on changing client policies, generative AI shortcomings, and advances in content moderation and responsible AI regulation, governance and policy.
• Investigate, resolve and relay complex content issues to the broader Trust and Safety team.
• Develop and execute prompt strategies to interrogate large language models on topics such as medical advice, legal advice and other sensitive areas.
• Analyze model responses for appropriateness, inappropriateness, refusal to answer, or disclaimers, according to client definitions.
• Collaborate with team members to build a full understanding of responsible AI issues based on model responses.
• Contribute to best practices and guidelines for content moderation and responsible AI governance and policy.

Due to the nature of the role, you may be exposed to objectionable or disturbing content, including flashing lights or contrasting light and dark patterns.
