About the Role

Accenture's Trust and Safety team helps keep online content safe for platform companies. Associates work as an important line of defense, improving the quality and safety of online content while gaining hands-on experience. The team also tests and challenges AI systems and platforms, including generative AI, to improve integrity and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, classify, remove or engage with content according to client guidelines, using specific tools and channels.
• Analyze and review user profiles, audio, video and text-based content, and investigate, escalate or resolve issues reported by users or flagged by the system.
• Stay current on changing client policies, generative AI shortcomings and advancements in content moderation and responsible AI governance.
• Investigate, resolve and relay complex content issues to the broader Trust and Safety team.
• Develop and run prompt strategies to test large language models on topics such as medical advice, legal advice and other sensitive areas, then assess their responses for appropriateness.
• Collaborate with team members to build a full understanding of responsible AI issues arising from model responses.
• Contribute to best practices and guidelines for content moderation and responsible AI governance and policy.

Due to the nature of the role, you may be exposed to objectionable or disturbing content, including flashing lights or contrasting light and dark patterns.
