About the Role

Accenture's Trust and Safety team helps keep online content safe and improves platform quality for clients. The team tests, evaluates and challenges AI systems and platforms, including generative AI, to improve integrity and safety. You will deliver value to clients while making a broader impact on society.

You will analyze and review user profiles, audio, video and text content, and investigate, escalate or resolve issues reported by users or flagged by the system. Because of the nature of the work, you may be exposed to objectionable or disturbing content, including flashing lights or harsh light and dark patterns.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, classify, remove or otherwise engage with content according to client guidelines, using specific tools and channels.
• Stay current with changing client policies and guidelines, as well as trends in content moderation and responsible AI regulation, governance and policy.
• Investigate, resolve and relay complex content issues to the wider Trust and Safety team.
• Develop and run prompt strategies to test large language models on topics such as medical advice, legal advice and other sensitive areas.
• Assess model responses for appropriateness, inappropriateness, refusals or added disclaimers, according to client definitions.
• Work with team members to build a clear understanding of responsible AI issues based on model responses.
• Contribute to best practices and guidelines for content moderation and responsible AI governance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Deep familiarity with and passion for responsible AI, the internet, internet platforms and internet culture.
• High awareness of political and social situations in the market and region supported.
