What You Will Do
You will work within the Finance Operations vertical and support financial outcomes by collecting operational data and reports, performing analysis, and reconciling transactions.
The Order to Cash process covers customer order management through payment collection. It includes order management, credit management, invoicing, payment processing, collections, billing, deductions, and dispute handling. The role also involves assessing customer credit risk, extending customer credit, and monitoring portfolio credit exposure.
What We Are Looking For
- Knowledge of Order to Cash (OTC)
- Understanding of Accounts Receivable (AR)
Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle routine issues using established guidelines and precedents
- Work closely with team members and direct supervisors
- Perform assigned tasks based on detailed instructions
- Make decisions that impact individual work under supervision
- Contribute as an individual team member within a defined scope of work
- Be flexible to work in rotational shifts if required
