Associate Software Engineer (ASE)

Role Overview

As an Associate Software Engineer, you will work on developing, designing and maintaining technology solutions that support client requirements. The role involves working in dynamic environments and contributing across analysis, implementation and support activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, assemble, support and configure applications based on business requirements.
• Understand business drivers and deliver software aligned with performance expectations.
• Contribute to automation solutions, new features and technology integration within existing systems.
• Provide incident resolution and customer support through voice, email, chat or remote channels.
• Participate in peer reviews and deliver quality code within timelines.
• Support infrastructure operations and IT production systems.
• Take ownership of successful solution implementation and delivery.
• Work in rotational shifts and relocate based on project requirements if needed.

Preferred Skills

• Basic understanding of ABAP Development on HANA, CDS, AMDP and performance analysis.
• Knowledge of Salesforce.com configuration and customization.
• Working knowledge of J2EE and full-stack development.
• Experience or knowledge of .NET technologies such as ASP.NET and ASP.NET MVC.
• Understanding of test automation engineering and software testing practices.
• Ability to create test designs, test cases and test data.
• Analyze testing outcomes and share observations with development teams.

Eligibility Criteria

• B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech, MCA or M.Sc in CS, IT, Computer Applications, Data Science or Computer Science & Applications.
• Eligible pass out years up to 2024.
• No active backlogs during application or onboarding.
• Candidates should not have more than 23 months of full-time experience.
• Applicants should not have attended the Accenture recruitment assessment or interview process in the last three months.
• Degree should be completed within the stipulated duration without academic gaps.
• Indian citizenship is required. Nepal and Bhutan nationals can work without a visa, while other foreign nationals require valid work authorization.
