Role Overview
As a Software Engineer focused on DevOps, you will join a cross-functional agile team responsible for building and maintaining the company’s digital platform. The role involves improving the CI/CD environment so product teams can deliver software efficiently, reliably, and at scale.
You will contribute technical expertise, maintain system reliability, and support the development of sustainable digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
- Manage infrastructure as code using Bicep templates.
- Operate and improve systems for availability, monitoring, and performance.
- Assist product teams in building and releasing new features.
Required Background
- Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience monitoring system availability and performance.
- Backend development experience using C# and .NET Core.
- Experience with Azure PaaS services such as App Services, Entra ID, Key Vault, Blob Storage, Service Bus, and Application Insights.
- Familiarity with tools like Visual Studio, Git, and Azure DevOps.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
Additional Skills (Preferred)
- Container orchestration experience such as Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of SQL, NoSQL, and time-series databases like InfluxDB.
- Understanding of algorithms, data structures, and software design principles.
