Duration

Full-time job as Project Engineer; Turbo has a 12-month service agreement of ₹75,000 (pro-rata)

Elite National Talent Hunt (NTH) is Wipro's main hiring programme for fresh engineering graduates. Selected candidates join as Project Engineers on a ₹3.5 LPA joining package. Wipro also runs a higher-paid track called Turbo for CS, IT and circuit-branch students from select institutes.

Status on 30 October 2026: no national Elite NTH registration is open that we can confirm. Wipro's official NTH page on Superset is still written for the 2023 batch, and its Turbo page for the 2025 batch. Wipro does not publish a fixed yearly window, and recent rounds have mostly reached students through college placement cells. If your college is on Superset, watch for the Wipro drive there and ask your placement officer.

  • One backlog is allowed at the time of the assessment. You must clear it along with the 8th semester.

What changed over the years

  • For the 2022 batch, Turbo was open to more branches (including Mechanical and allied), had an age limit of 25 and no service agreement. By the 2025 batch it was limited to CS, IT and circuit branches with a 12-month service agreement.
  • The Turbo package has stayed at ₹5.5 lakh plus a ₹1 lakh retention bonus on Wipro's pages since 2022. News reports call this ₹6.5 LPA.
  • In February 2023, Wipro asked some 2022-batch freshers waiting to join on ₹6.5 LPA offers whether they would take the ₹3.5 LPA role instead, as reported by The News Minute and Deccan Herald.
  • Elite NTH now reaches most students through college drives on Superset rather than one open national round.

How to apply

  1. Open Wipro's Elite NTH page and check the batch year it is accepting.
  2. If your college uses Superset, look for the Wipro drive in your account or ask your placement officer.
  3. Fill in the registration form with marks exactly as on your mark sheets.
  4. Wait for the test invite by email. Wipro invites candidates in batches.
