Eligibility Criteria for RIL GET Internship 2026

Academic Qualification
Currently pursuing full-time BE/BTech from an AICTE-approved institute
Must be a 3rd-year student, graduating in 2027

No history of academic detention
Gap years should not be 3 years or more

Stipend and Remuneration Details
Reliance offers a competitive monthly stipend:
INR 30,000 per month – Non-IIT students
INR 40,000 per month – IIT students
The stipend is paid for the complete internship duration, subject to company policies.
Selection Process for RIL GET Summer Internship 2026
The selection process is multi-staged and designed to assess both technical and cognitive skills.
Stage 1: Registration

Stage 2: Screening
Applications are reviewed by the RIL recruitment team.
Only shortlisted candidates move forward.
Stage 3: Regional Assessment
Shortlisted students appear for a single-day assessment at regional centers.
