B. Management Students

• Who: Students of the Department of Management Studies
• Eligible Degrees:

  • MBA – 1st Year (after 2nd semester)

C. Science Stream Students

• Eligible Courses & Year:
  • 1st Year of M.Sc. (after 2nd semester)
  • 4th Year of Integrated M.Sc./BS-MS (after 8th semester)

Stipend and Accommodation

• Stipend: No stipend or financial assistance will be provided.
• Accommodation: Not provided for external (non-NIT Silchar) candidates.
• Mode: Internship is primarily online, but offline option is also available (subject to faculty approval).

Internship Structure and Deliverables

• Research must be carried out under the supervision of a faculty member from NIT Silchar.
• At the end of the internship, students must:
  • Submit a Project Report (PDF)
  • Deliver a Presentation (PPT)
• Completion certificates will be awarded only if:
  • Internship is completed successfully
  • Reports are submitted
  • Attendance is marked satisfactory by the mentor
