Who Can Apply? – Eligibility Criteria

Academic Eligibility

To be eligible, applicants must:

• Be currently enrolled in a full-time undergraduate program such as B.Tech/B.E./B.Arch/M.Sc/Integrated M.Sc/MA.
• Have completed at least two semesters before the summer of 2025.
• Have at least one semester remaining after summer 2025.

Minimum CGPA Requirements

Note: Final-year students or students who graduate before or during the summer of 2025 are not eligible.

1. Create an Account

2. Prepare Required Documents

Ensure the following documents are ready for upload:

• Most recent semester grade sheet
• Research Statement (approx. 500 words)

• NOC (No Objection Certificate) – Required only upon selection for students from outside IIT Roorkee

3. Choose Faculty Preferences

• You must choose five faculty mentors from the list of those accepting interns.
