Objective of the Internship

The primary goal of the IIT Mandi Summer Internship Program is to introduce students to research, enhance their analytical and technical skills, and encourage them to explore careers in academia and research.

Eligibility Criteria

The internship is strictly open to students from institutes that have an MoU (Memorandum of Understanding) signed with IIT Mandi. The detailed eligibility requirements are as follows:

• For Bachelor’s Degree Students (B.Tech/B.E.): Only pre-final year (3rd-year) students are eligible.
• For Postgraduate (M.Tech/M.Sc./M.A./MBA) Students: Only first-year students can apply.
• The applicant must have a strong academic background and a keen interest in research.
• The candidate must be able to provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their home institute.
