IIT Jammu Summer Internship 2025(RISE-UP): Eligibility, Last Date, How to Apply & Application Form for UG/PG

The IIT Jammu Research Internship 2025 in Sciences and Engineering: An Undergraduate Program (RISE-UP) is an esteemed research-focused internship designed for undergraduate and postgraduate students across India. This offline program provides selected students with the opportunity to work on live research problems under the mentorship of IIT Jammu faculty members.

Eligibility Criteria

The internship is open to non-IIT Jammu students pursuing undergraduate or postgraduate degrees in relevant fields. Preference will be given to students with strong academic records and demonstrated technical skills.

Step 2: Gather Required Documents

The following documents are to be uploaded during the application:

• Academic transcripts
• Updated one-page CV
• Bonafide Certificate (signed and stamped by Head of Department/Institution)

Step 3: Submit Online Application

Step 4: Final Submission

• No corrections or updates can be made once the form is submitted
• Incomplete, incorrect, or duplicate applications will be rejected
• Applications submitted after the deadline will not be considered

Step 5: Wait for Result

• Results will be declared on or before April 30, 2025
• Selected students will be notified via email and the list will be published on the website

Accommodation and Mess Facilities

• IIT Jammu will provide hostel accommodation to all selected candidates.
• Students must bear the cost of hostel and mess facilities.
• Hostel/Mess Declaration Form with fee details is available on the official website.

Stipend and Financial Support

• All selected interns will receive a monthly stipend of ₹13,000 during the internship period.
• No additional travel or contingency support will be provided.
