About the Internship Program

The CRAFT-2025 (Culinary and Residential Apprenticeship in Food & Tidiness) program is designed to deliver hands-on training in hospitality management, specifically in hostel upkeep, mess operations, and guest house management. Interns will be working under the guidance of experienced professionals and will be actively engaged in daily operational duties.

Internship Duration

• Start Date: June 11, 2025
• End Date: July 11, 2025
• Minimum Duration: 4 weeks
• Maximum Duration: 8 weeks (subject to institutional needs and intern performance)

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must fulfill the following conditions:

• Must be in the final semester of a diploma in Hospitality or a related field
• Preference is given to candidates with:
  • Certificate courses like Hunar Se Rozgar
  • Diplomas specifically in Housekeeping or Food Production

Internship Scope and Learning Outcomes

Interns will:

• Gain practical exposure to institutional hospitality setups
• Assist hostel caretakers and mess assistant managers in real-time tasks
• Participate in operations at hostels, messes, and guest houses
• Maintain a detailed weekly activity report
• Submit a final report including key learnings, challenges, suggestions, and innovative ideas
