Who Can Apply:

• Engineering Students:
  • Must be in the final year of a full-time B.E./B.Tech program.
  • Should have a minimum CGPA of 7.5 across all previous semesters.
  • Course should be approved by AICTE.
• Science Students:
  • Must be in the second year (3rd or 4th semester) of M.Sc.
  • Should have minimum 75% marks in the 1st year.
  • Course should be from a UGC-recognized university.

Selection Process

• Merit-Based Shortlisting: Based on academic performance and submitted documents.

Stipend Payment Details

Completion Certificate Criteria

A Certificate of Completion will only be issued if:

• The intern completes the entire 6-month term
• Submits the project report
• Successfully clears project evaluation
• Complies with internship guidelines

Note: If a student discontinues midway, no stipend or certificate will be provided.

Selected candidates must submit the following at the time of joining:

• Original mark sheets (B.E./M.Sc all semesters)
• Original College Referral/Request Letter
• Bonafide Certificate from the college
• No Objection Certificate (NOC) from college (on letterhead)
• Police Verification Certificate from hometown
• Undertakings:
  • Adherence to Indian Official Secrets Act, 1923
  • IT Rules compliance under the Ministry of Defence
• Bank details (account number, IFSC)
• Aadhaar and College ID (originals for verification)
• Three passport-size photographs
• Any other documents requested by NSTL

Originals will be returned after verification.

Guidelines During Internship

• Interns must follow lab protocols and maintain discipline.
• Working hours align with lab schedules. No casual leaves permitted except for genuine medical reasons (with valid proof).
• Government holidays applicable as per lab calendar.
• Internship doesn’t ensure any future employment or recruitment with DRDO/NSTL.
• Any violation may lead to termination without stipend or certificate.
