Eligibility Criteria #
Educational Qualifications
- For B.E./B.Tech Students: Should be in the final year and must have scored a minimum CGPA of 7.5 (on a 10-point scale) in all prior semesters.
- For M.Sc Students: Should be in the 2nd year of a full-time course and must have secured at least 70% marks in the 1st year.
Institution Affiliation
- Must be enrolled in a full-time course from an AICTE/UGC-approved college/university.
Age Limit
- Applicants must be below 25 years of age.

Selection Procedure #
- Candidates will be shortlisted based on academic performance.

Internship Stipend and Disbursement #
- Monthly Stipend: ₹5,000/-
- Paid only if student attends for a minimum of 15 working days/month.
- Payment Mode: Directly to student’s bank account.

Internship Certificate #
To obtain the certificate of completion:
- Intern must complete the entire 6-month tenure.
- A project report must be submitted and evaluated.
- Students leaving midway will not receive any certificate or stipend.
Terms and Conditions #
- Interns must strictly follow lab rules, IT policies, and government secrecy acts.
- The internship does not guarantee employment with DRDO.
- DRDO/NMRL reserves the right to:
- Change vacancy numbers or selection criteria at any point.
- Cancel applications without giving a reason.
- No boarding or lodging will be provided by NMRL.
