Follow these steps to apply for the ACEM Internship:

Step 1: Prepare Your Application Documents

• Download and fill the application form (Page 4,5,6,7)

• Latest CV with bio-data (max 300 words)
• Copy of Aadhaar card
• College-issued referral/request letter on letterhead (signed by Principal/Director)
• Mark sheets showing CGPA
• Passport-sized photo (4.5 x 3.5 cm)
• Any professional achievements, awards, or memberships
• Age proof, medical fitness certificate (from MBBS holder)

Selection Criteria

The selection is based on:

• Academic merit (CGPA ≥ 8.5 or ≥ 85%)
• Quality of referral letter from institute
• Resume and achievements
• Interaction/interview (if conducted)
• Decision of the Selection Committee will be final.

Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for the joining process.

Stipend & Attendance Conditions

• Amount: ₹5,000/month
• Mode of Payment: Direct bank transfer in two installments
  • 1st Installment: After 3 months of attendance (≥15 working days/month)
  • 2nd Installment: After successful completion of internship
• Attendance Requirement: Minimum 15 physical working days/month at ACEM

Completion Certificate & Obligations

Upon fulfilling all internship requirements including:

• Submission and evaluation of project report
• Completion of full 6-month term
• Attendance criteria

A Completion Certificate will be awarded. Partial term interns will not receive a certificate or stipend.

Documents Required at Joining

Students selected for the internship must present the following at the time of joining:

1. Original No Objection Certificate (NOC) from college
2. Police verification receipt or acknowledgement
3. Signed Undertakings (Official Secrets Act & IT Compliance)
4. Medical Fitness Certificate (MBBS-qualified doctor)
5. Bank account details
6. Aadhaar Card (original) and College ID
7. All mark sheets (original) for verification
8. Three passport-sized photographs
9. Indemnity form (to be provided by college)
10. Any additional documents as requested later

Important Instructions & Cautions
