General Responsibilities

We are looking for individuals who:

• Are highly self-motivated and can manage multiple tasks in a fast-evolving startup environment.
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Are active content creators or writers on platforms like Medium or LinkedIn.
• Are comfortable with public speaking and can build engaging presentations.
• Have an outgoing and extroverted personality to sustain continuous networking and communication.
• Are willing to travel for work as the role evolves.
• Are creative thinkers and comfortable appearing on camera for campaigns or presentations.
• (Preferably) have working proficiency in Hindi.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand the Zoho for Startups program and gain in-depth knowledge of its key functions and objectives.
• Handle Level-1 and Level-2 support tickets from startup users and prospects.
• Identify automation opportunities in startup support and customer interactions.
• Possess a sound understanding of SaaS platforms and startup software needs.
• Work with structured data, create dashboards, and manage analytics systems.
• Lead the launch and expansion of Zoho for Startups in emerging markets.
• Conduct regional startup ecosystem research, explore partnership opportunities, and track relevant events.
• Maintain detailed, up-to-date documentation of the program's infrastructure and growth.

Candidate Profile

• Education Requirement: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Technology, Business Administration, or any related field
• Experience: 0 to 2 years

Technical Skills Required

SaaS knowledge, startup ecosystem understanding, data analysis, dashboard creation, public speaking, documentation, content writing, presentation design, CRM tools, networking, customer support, communication skills
