About Zinier
Zinier provides a no-code customization platform designed for field service automation. The platform enables field service organizations to combine human expertise with technology to keep essential services running efficiently.
Field service operations vary widely, from the IT ecosystems they integrate with to the workflows carried out in the field. Zinier addresses these unique and evolving requirements through its customizable ZiniApps, which support the complete lifecycle of field work including installation and maintenance.
Headquartered in Silicon Valley, Zinier operates with a global team and is backed by investors such as Wipro, Telmex, Black & Veatch, NCR, Toshiba, and Qualcomm Ventures LLC.
Why Zinier Exists
Essential services shape daily life. Electricity powers homes, the internet connects communities, and mobile networks keep people in touch. When these services fail, even briefly, the impact can be significant.
Many of the critical tasks that keep these systems running occur in the field. Zinier enables organizations to manage these operations more effectively by providing a scalable platform powered by AI-driven insights and intelligent automation. The platform helps teams automate routine work so field experts can focus on solving problems and maintaining service continuity.
Zinier works with organizations in sectors such as telecommunications and energy to improve operational efficiency and service reliability.
