CNS - Risk - Risk Management

EY Consulting has three sub-service lines: Business Consulting (including Performance Improvement and Risk Consulting), Technology Consulting and People Advisory Services.

The Risk practice helps clients identify and manage the balance between upside and downside risk so they can make long-term decisions that protect their ability to meet future business strategy and objectives. The three key fields of play are:

• Enterprise Risk: helps clients identify and address key risk areas while building agility to respond quickly. Focus areas include enterprise risk and resilience, internal audit, compliance and internal controls.
• Technology Risk: helps clients achieve sustainable growth by protecting business performance and providing trusted communication on internal control and regulatory compliance. Teams assess the technology risks introduced to businesses.
• Financial Services Risk: helps financial sector clients identify, manage and monitor risks through a transformative, agile approach covering processes, data modeling and analytics, stakeholder reporting, software selection and IT implementation, asset and liability analysis, and capital and liquidity management.

Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

Work with Python, SQL and Databricks to build and manage data engineering solutions. This includes extracting, transforming and loading structured and semi-structured datasets, and designing efficient SQL queries and optimized data workflows for analytical use cases. Familiarity with Azure-based data platforms and cloud-enabled engineering environments is preferred. The role supports risk management consulting engagements through reliable, scalable and production-ready data pipelines.
