TAX - ITTS - Advisory

The tax professionals in this team offer connected services across all tax disciplines to help clients thrive during rapid change. They combine knowledge and experience with people and technology platforms to support better business decisions. The team helps companies understand tax policies and laws across governments and plan and comply accordingly. Teams use transformative technologies to deliver strategy and execution that reduce risk and drive sustainable value.

Competencies include Business Tax Services, Global Compliance and Reporting, Global Law, Indirect Tax, International Tax and Transaction Services.

Your Key Responsibilities

As an Analyst on the Transaction Tax team, you will provide operational, financial and administrative support covering engagement setup, project administration, invoicing, financial tracking, reporting and coordination.

• Engagement Management Support: Create and maintain engagement codes and project records, support engagement acceptance and onboarding, track setup requests and maintain engagement documentation.
• Billing and Invoicing: Coordinate invoice preparation and processing, monitor billing milestones, collect details for invoice generation and revisions, and track receivables.
• Financial Monitoring and Reporting: Maintain engagement financial trackers and project MIS, monitor budgets, time charged, recoveries and realization metrics, and support weekly and monthly financial dashboards.
• Administrative and Operational Support: Coordinate with Finance, Risk Management, Talent and Operations teams, manage data requests and information repositories, and schedule meetings and maintain trackers.
• MIS and Data Management: Prepare management reports and periodic performance summaries, keep engagement databases updated, support data validation and reconciliation, and generate ad hoc reports for partners and engagement teams.
• Compliance and Process Adherence: Follow internal policies and engagement management procedures, keep documentation ready for audit and review, and escalate operational issues and bottlenecks promptly.
