Key Responsibilities
- Work with team members to define requirements for software design projects.
- Complete software engineering activities including coding, debugging, testing, and deployment.
- Analyze systems and processes and share findings with stakeholders.
- Interpret results and recommend improvements for software and system performance.
- Assist in developing and testing software solutions for different products while maintaining quality standards.
- Create and maintain project documentation such as code references, design specifications, and test outcomes.
- Keep updated with modern technologies and software engineering practices and apply them where required.
- Review modifications and upgrades to existing designs or testing processes.
- Use appropriate methods and techniques to solve technical issues and deliver solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. An advanced degree in a relevant area is also acceptable.
- Equivalent professional experience may be considered instead of a degree.
- Understanding of programming languages, operating systems, algorithms, and software development frameworks.
- Basic knowledge of software development methodologies such as Agile and Scrum.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
Additional Information
- Travel requirement up to 15%.
- Hybrid work arrangement available.
- Role involves primarily sedentary work, including sitting or standing for extended periods.
