Role Summary

The Software Engineer I analyzes, designs, develops, and maintains software solutions used in the company’s products and systems. The role also supports system integrations involving both software and hardware to ensure reliable performance and consistency.

The engineer contributes to building and validating software structures, testing functionality, and maintaining technical documentation. Work is reviewed for accuracy and adherence to established engineering processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with team members to define requirements for smaller design initiatives.
• Participate in all stages of software engineering including coding, debugging, testing, and deployment.
• Analyze processes and systems and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.
• Interpret analysis results and recommend improvements to software or system design.
• Assist in developing and testing software solutions to ensure they meet quality and performance expectations.
• Create and maintain project documentation such as code references, design specifications, and testing results.
• Keep up with current technologies and engineering practices and apply them where relevant.
• Review updates or enhancements to existing designs or testing procedures.
• Apply appropriate methods and techniques when troubleshooting and delivering solutions.
