The Young Apprentice role involves performing basic, routine tasks and assignments under direct supervision with detailed procedures. You may service a limited number of products or services and apply knowledge of routine work area procedures. The role includes completing standardized activities, exchanging basic information with co-workers, and resolving task-related problems in straightforward situations by selecting from a limited set of clearly defined options.

Responsibilities

• Handle operational and administrative functions.
• Provide administrative support with low complexity.
• Manage copying, printing, and document transportation.
• Check and receive materials.
• Perform basic computer activities.
• Assess risk appropriately when making business decisions, considering the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets. Drive compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, adhere to Policy, apply sound ethical judgment, and escalate, manage, and report control issues with transparency.

Qualifications

• Previous experience preferred.
• Demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
