About the Role
Fortrea is offering an exciting opportunity through its India Apprentice Program for aspiring professionals to gain hands-on experience in the Workday platform. As an Apprentice, you will contribute to meaningful assignments that align with STEM, Business, and Healthcare disciplines, supporting Fortrea's mission to improve health and save lives globally.
About the Team
The Workday Support Team operates across the US and India, managing and enhancing Fortrea’s Workday ecosystem for both HCM and Finance functions. The team ensures smooth HR and Finance operations, resolves production issues, and delivers configuration, integrations, security administration, reporting, and release management.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in executing entry-level departmental functions in line with Fortrea SOPs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Workday-related issues.
- Provide guidance to business teams on Workday functionalities.
- Support and develop Workday solutions using Integration and Extend.
- Create custom reports in Workday.
- Develop Knowledge Articles and SOPs for Workday solutions.
Required Qualifications
- B.Tech or B.E in Computer Science or Information Technology.

Experience
0-1 years of experience in the Workday platform. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
