Job Description
As a Content Moderator, you will be responsible for reviewing content of a graphic, violent, sexual, or egregious nature, including adult, sexual, abusive, hate, derogatory, illegal acts, violence, death, and tragedy. You will need to take appropriate action on these sensitive contents. The role requires a strong work ethic and the ability to operate with minimal supervision. You will also participate in wellness activities and utilize internet websites and social communication tools.
Candidates should be able to diligently follow prescribed policies and procedures. Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills are essential, along with the ability to read and write in more than one regional language. Strong time management skills, good interpersonal and people skills, and a problem-solving approach are also required. A customer-centric mindset is highly valued for this position.
Deliverables
- Process: Resolve a specified number of cases daily, ensure compliance with process and quality standards, meet process level SLAs, achieve target Pulse scores, and maintain positive customer feedback.
- Self-Management: Maintain productivity and efficiency, manage absenteeism, complete required training hours, and finish technical training as assigned.
