This role focuses on designing, developing, and troubleshooting solutions, models, and simulations using various software tools according to client and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop solutions based on client specifications and project plans.
• Use software such as CAD and CAE to create models aligned with customer requirements.
• Test prototypes and designs within the software environment while validating boundary conditions including impact and stress analysis.
• Produce specifications and assess operational feasibility by integrating software components into a fully functional system.
• Create prototypes using engineering drawings and develop CAD models accordingly.
• Perform Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) for new client requirements.
• Run simulations in virtual environments to deliver optimized solutions.
• Ensure tools and software remain updated with the latest features to maintain efficiency and cost effectiveness.
• Improve existing applications or solutions by identifying enhancement opportunities and implementing system changes.
• Follow industry standard operating procedures when modeling solutions on software platforms.

Customer Support and Issue Resolution

• Resolve defects or issues raised by clients or the integration team through support tickets.
• Create software verification plans and quality assurance procedures for customers.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems while maintaining efficiency and minimal latency.
• Deploy programs and review user feedback to ensure proper resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to project plans and industry standards during delivery.

Reporting and Documentation

• Prepare weekly and monthly status reports for clients as required.
• Maintain documentation and repositories for design updates, recommendations, and project changes.
• Track and maintain timesheets related to client work.
• Provide written knowledge transfer and project history documentation.

Performance Parameters

• Delivery of design and development tasks according to project schedules with accurate implementation.
• Maintain quality standards, timely delivery, and minimal defects after production.
• Ensure timely MIS reporting and documentation compliance.
