Position Overview
As a Web Developer Associate, you will contribute to marketing operations by developing and maintaining web applications that enhance digital marketing performance. This role involves working across different shifts and requires strong technical and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update content for desktop and mobile websites based on provided requirements and creative assets.
- Build HTML for email campaigns and ensure responsive design compatibility.
- Maintain digital assets including emails, banners, microsites, and promotional campaigns to international quality standards.
- Stay updated with emerging web technologies and apply them to projects.
- Archive web-based information for future reference.
- Collaborate effectively with team members, clients, and vendors.
- Perform analysis and resolve lower-complexity problems with guidance from supervisors.
Required Skills
- HTML (4.1, XHTML 1.0, HTML5)
- CSS (1.0, 2.0 preferred, 3.0 advantage)
- JavaScript
- XML, SQL
- Liquid layout techniques using DIV + CSS
- Experience with Content Management Systems (Joomla, TeamSite, Vignette)
- SharePoint content/document management
- Website analytics
- Adobe Photoshop, Fireworks
- Responsive email/web design
- Microsoft Office Suite
- SEO, site analysis, and optimization
- Experience with JIRA or Workfront (advantage)
- Excellent communication skills
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Experience
0-2 years of relevant experience in web application development or related fields.
