Overview

Objective
The purpose of this role is to assist with business control operations, export invoicing, and compliance administration while supporting day to day finance activities.
Major Activities
- Manage accounts receivable collections.
- Record collections on time and reconcile them with corresponding invoices.
- Assist with credit control related activities.
- Prepare invoices, debit notes, and credit notes.
- Coordinate with the accounting team to ensure supplier invoices are recorded accurately and on schedule.
- Create weekly and monthly financial reports.
- Support monthly closing processes.
- Provide information required for tax reporting.
- Respond to accounting related queries from internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist during internal and external audit activities.
- Ensure processes comply with internal control standards.
- Act as a coordination point for the accounting team.
- Facilitate the transfer of warranty claims to dealers.
- Handle export invoicing tasks.
- Verify export documentation and ensure compliance.
- Provide assistance in marketing related activities and general administrative tasks.
Education and Skills
Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree.
Key Skills: Knowledge of computer applications, particularly MS Excel. Familiarity with accounting ERP tools such as SAP, Tally, Oracle, or similar systems. Ability to handle accounting related tasks and documentation.
