About the NATS Apprenticeship Program
The National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) is a structured program where Volvo India engages newly graduated candidates in a one year apprenticeship. Participants receive practical exposure and skill development while working across different functions within Financial Services.
Key Responsibilities
- Support administration of retiral benefits.
- Handle Flexible Benefit Plan (FBP) claims administration.
- Assist with payroll related administration activities.
EDM Administration
- Scan employee file hardcopies and send them to the respective official email IDs.
- Convert scanned documents into EDM tickets.
- Process and resolve tickets by uploading documents into the EDM database using the ASK HR platform.
- Maintain accuracy and proper documentation throughout the process.
Training
Selected candidates will receive on the job training from the respective team.
Skills Required
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work with process based systems.
- Strong attention to documentation accuracy.
