About the Role
Aptean is seeking an enthusiastic and adaptable Vibe-Coder to join our development team. This position is perfect for early-career professionals eager to explore AI-driven programming and problem-solving. You will collaborate with global teams to debug, optimize, and accelerate software development across diverse technology stacks, leveraging AI as a core productivity enhancer.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and debug applications using core programming languages such as Python, Java, C#, C++, and JavaScript.
- Utilize AI tools and models to analyze, troubleshoot, and optimize ERP domain software.
- Adapt quickly to various programming environments and legacy technology stacks including .NET and Java.
- Work with databases to maintain application performance and functionality.
- Employ AI-powered bug analysis tools for troubleshooting and problem resolution.
- Automate repetitive tasks using AI to enhance productivity and code quality.
- Collaborate with senior engineers on product development, testing, and maintenance activities.
- Stay updated on AI advancements and integrate innovative practices into workflows.
- Communicate effectively with peers, mentors, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
Skills & Qualifications
- 0–2 years of experience in software development and working with AI tools.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language and strong debugging skills.
- Hands-on experience with AI models such as GPT, Claude, and Gemini.
- Knowledge of AI-powered development tools like GitHub Copilot, Cline, V0, and Windsurf.
- Mandatory familiarity with VS Code IDE.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new or legacy languages and frameworks using AI assistance.
