Key Responsibilities

• Develop and debug applications using core programming languages such as Python, Java, C#, C++, and JavaScript.
• Utilize AI tools and models to analyze, troubleshoot, and optimize ERP domain software.
• Adapt quickly to various programming environments and legacy technology stacks including .NET and Java.
• Work with databases to maintain application performance and functionality.
• Employ AI-powered bug analysis tools for troubleshooting and problem resolution.
• Automate repetitive tasks using AI to enhance productivity and code quality.
• Collaborate with senior engineers on product development, testing, and maintenance activities.
• Stay updated on AI advancements and integrate innovative practices into workflows.
• Communicate effectively with peers, mentors, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment.

Skills & Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in software development and working with AI tools.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language and strong debugging skills.
• Hands-on experience with AI models such as GPT, Claude, and Gemini.
• Knowledge of AI-powered development tools like GitHub Copilot, Cline, V0, and Windsurf.
• Mandatory familiarity with VS Code IDE.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new or legacy languages and frameworks using AI assistance.
