Key Responsibilities

As a Student Technical Intern at Unisys, you will gain hands-on experience across various technical domains. You’ll work under the guidance of senior professionals while developing industry-relevant skills and understanding practical applications in your chosen field.

Technical Support

• Assist in resolving hardware and software issues.
• Support IT team in managing and configuring company devices.
• Help troubleshoot network and connectivity-related problems.

Software Development

• Write basic code or scripts for internal tools and systems.
• Participate in debugging and identifying bugs in software.
• Engage in code reviews and learn industry best practices including secure coding and version control.

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Assist in gathering, cleaning, and analyzing datasets.
• Create visual reports and dashboards using tools like Excel and PowerPoint.

Networking and Infrastructure Support

• Help install and configure networking hardware.
• Monitor network performance and assist in identifying and resolving issues.
• Participate in troubleshooting of network security and system concerns.

DevSecOps & Cloud Support

• Contribute to the automation of routine IT tasks.
• Help manage and support cloud infrastructure environments.
• Participate in CI/CD pipeline support and deployment of applications.

General Project Support

• Coordinate tasks across various teams.
• Assist in research and preparation of project reports and presentations.
• Organize and maintain project documentation and resources.

Candidate Profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a relevant technical course or degree.
• Less than one year of experience in the relevant domain.
• Strong interest in technology and eagerness to learn across multiple technical disciplines.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and analytical skills.
