What Success Looks Like in This Role

In this position, you will become familiar with Global Field Operations concepts, procedures, and methodologies while supporting routine operational tasks.

With guidance, you will carry out day to day Global Field Operations activities, including responding to requests from clients and Field Engineering teams and ensuring service activities are coordinated smoothly.

• Receive and respond to requests from clients and Field Engineering team members.
• Create, validate, and track service tickets using the Unisys Dispatch Field Force Management system and related tools.
• Schedule and manage client appointments.
• Arrange service access and coordinate the availability of required parts.
• Support call center operations.
• Monitor service level agreements (SLAs) and ensure service commitments are met.
• Work with cross functional teams to maintain an efficient and coordinated service process.

You will also learn and follow Global Field Operations policies and practices while contributing to improved client satisfaction levels. Additional responsibilities may include assisting with special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Typically less than 1 year of experience in a related area.
