What success looks like in this role

This internship helps students build knowledge and practical skills within a chosen technical discipline. Work assignments are carried out under the guidance of a supervisor, manager, or senior associate. The role may be completed on an alternating or temporary basis while the candidate continues school or vocational training during non‑work periods.

Interns develop exposure across technical areas such as technical support, software development, data analysis and reporting, networking and infrastructure support, or DevSecOps and cloud operations. Responsibilities may vary depending on the assigned function.

Technical Support

• Assist in troubleshooting hardware and software related issues.
• Help resolve network connectivity problems and support system configuration tasks.
• Support IT teams with management of company devices.

Software Development

• Write basic code or scripts for internal tools and projects.
• Support testing activities to identify and document software bugs.
• Participate in code reviews while learning version control and secure coding practices.

Data Analysis and Reporting

• Assist with data collection, cleaning, and analysis activities.
• Create reports, dashboards, or visualizations using tools such as Excel or PowerPoint.

Networking and Infrastructure Support

• Assist with installation and configuration of network hardware.
• Help monitor network performance and identify potential issues.
• Support troubleshooting related to hardware, security, and infrastructure concerns.

DevSecOps

• Assist in automating routine tasks using scripts or programming tools.
• Support cloud infrastructure management activities.
• Help maintain CI/CD pipelines and assist with application deployments.

Additional Responsibilities

• Support general project coordination and track progress when required.
• Assist with research and compile information for reports or presentations.
• Organize and maintain information that supports team or project activities.
