Unisys Hiring Associate Technical Service Desk - Hyderabad

Role Overview

In this role, you will assist in delivering routine technical support services for end users. The position focuses on resolving common hardware, software, and connectivity issues while ensuring service requests are handled efficiently and in line with service desk standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-line user support by guiding users through steps required to restore system functionality.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity problems using remote access tools.
• Escalate complex technical issues to second and third level resolver teams when required.
• Coordinate and fulfill end-user service requests, including software installations and user administration tasks.
• Manage and track support tickets through to resolution while keeping users informed about status and progress.
• Follow service desk procedures, including desktop, peripheral, connectivity, and security policies.
• Support updates and improvements to the service desk knowledge base.
• Deliver outcomes aligned with organizational service level agreements.
• Assist with additional projects or assignments as needed.

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED is required. Candidates typically have less than one year of experience in a related area.
