What success looks like in this role

In this position, you will build familiarity with Global Field Operations (GFO) concepts, procedures, and methodologies. The role focuses on learning operational practices while performing routine support activities with guidance from the team.

Typical responsibilities include:

• Receiving and responding to requests from clients and Field Engineering teams.
• Creating, validating, and tracking service tickets within the Unisys Dispatch Field Force Management tools.
• Scheduling and confirming client appointments.
• Arranging service access and coordinating essential parts required for service delivery.
• Supporting call center operations.
• Monitoring service level agreements (SLAs) and ensuring commitments are met.
• Communicating with cross functional teams to maintain a smooth service process.

You will also learn and follow Global Field Operations policies and practices while contributing to initiatives that improve customer satisfaction. Assistance with special projects may be required when assigned.
