What Success Looks Like in This Role
The Associate Tech GFO role focuses on learning and supporting Global Field Operations processes and procedures. The position involves handling routine operational activities while working under guidance.
- Develop familiarity with Global Field Operations concepts, processes, and methodologies.
- Handle routine operational tasks with guidance from senior team members.
- Receive and respond to requests from clients and Field Engineering teams.
- Create, validate, and track service tickets using the Unisys Dispatch Field Force Management tools.
- Schedule client appointments and coordinate service arrangements.
- Arrange and coordinate essential parts required for service tasks.
- Support call center operations and monitor service level agreements (SLAs).
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to maintain a smooth and coordinated workflow.
- Follow Global Field Operations practices and policies.
- Support initiatives that help improve client satisfaction levels.
- Assist with special assignments and projects when required.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Generally less than 1 year of experience in a related area.
