What success looks like in this role
In this position, you will build familiarity with Global Field Operations (GFO) concepts, processes, and methodologies while supporting day-to-day operational activities. The role focuses on assisting with routine field operations tasks under guidance.
- Develop understanding of Global Field Operations procedures and working methods.
- Handle routine operational activities with supervision.
- Receive and respond to requests from clients and Field Engineering teams.
- Create, validate, and track service tickets using the Unisys Dispatch Field Force Management tools.
- Schedule client appointments and manage access service arrangements.
- Coordinate the availability of required parts for service delivery.
- Support call center activities and maintain operational records.
- Monitor service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure compliance.
- Work with cross functional teams to maintain a smooth and coordinated service process.
- Follow Global Field Operations policies and standard practices.
- Contribute to improving client satisfaction through effective support.
- Assist with additional projects or assignments when required.
Basic Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED.
- Typically less than 1 year of experience in a related area.
