What Success Looks Like in This Role

In this position, you will build familiarity with Global Field Operations concepts, procedures, and working methods. The role involves supporting routine operational activities while learning internal systems and processes.

• Develop understanding of Global Field Operations practices, procedures, and methodologies.
• With guidance, handle routine operational tasks within the Global Field Operations team.
• Receive and respond to requests from clients and Field Engineering team members.
• Create, validate, and monitor service tickets using the Unisys Dispatch Field Force Management tools.
• Schedule and manage client appointments related to service requests.
• Arrange service access and coordinate required parts for field activities.
• Support call center activities and maintain operational workflows.
• Track service level agreements (SLAs) and ensure service activities align with commitments.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to maintain smooth and coordinated processes.
• Follow Global Field Operations policies and operational standards.
• Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving client satisfaction.
• Assist with assigned special projects when required.

Basic Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Typically less than 1 year of experience in a related area.
