What Success Looks Like in This Role

In this role, you will build familiarity with cybersecurity engineering concepts, tools, and standard practices. The position focuses on supporting security initiatives and learning how enterprise security technologies operate in real environments.

With guidance from experienced team members, you will assist in performing core cybersecurity engineering tasks and contribute to maintaining secure network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the deployment of security technologies such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and antivirus tools.
• Support administration and updates of security tools and platforms.
• Perform network scanning activities to identify vulnerabilities and potential risks.
• Assist with system modifications, upgrades, and enhancements related to security controls.
• Participate in incident response activities including investigation of security incidents, threats, or breaches.
• Support coordination of security audits and related documentation.
• Contribute to security product evaluations and assessments.
• Stay updated on evolving cybersecurity technologies, trends, and best practices.
• Provide support for additional projects or tasks assigned by the team.
