What Success Looks Like in This Role
This role focuses on building familiarity with business intelligence concepts, practices, and common methodologies. The associate contributes to basic BI activities while gaining practical experience with data and reporting tasks.
- Learn and apply core business intelligence principles and workflows.
- Support data collection and documentation related to client requirements.
- Maintain databases while performing data cleansing and validation to ensure accuracy.
- Track client-specific performance metrics and compare them against defined business goals.
- Create standard and periodic reports with minimal variation from expected results.
- Ensure reports are delivered accurately and within required timelines.
- Collaborate with team members and colleagues to complete assigned tasks within projects and analytical initiatives.
- Seek guidance when necessary and actively learn from team feedback.
- Provide assistance on additional projects as assigned.
