Overview
What success looks like in this role
- Develop familiarity with Global Field Operations concepts, procedures, and methodologies.
- With guidance, handle routine Global Field Operations activities including responding to client and Field Engineering requests.
- Create, validate, and monitor service tickets using Unisys Dispatch Field Force Management tools.
- Schedule client appointments and support service access arrangements.
- Coordinate essential parts and maintain call center activities.
- Track service level agreements (SLAs) and communicate with cross-functional teams to maintain a smooth workflow.
- Learn and follow Global Field Operations policies and practices.
- Support initiatives focused on improving client satisfaction.
- Assist with special projects when assigned.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Typically less than 1 year of experience in the related area.
