Overview
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and document technical designs effectively.
- Provide technical leadership to develop reliable, scalable, and efficient web solutions.
- Design, review, and deliver high-quality code and technical documentation.
- Enhance system performance, reliability, and scalability through automation and monitoring.
- Manage dependencies and collaborate with upstream and downstream engineering teams.
- Mentor and coach engineers to support their professional growth.
- Define and enforce standards for coding, testing, and monitoring across the team.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Hands-on experience with general-purpose programming languages like JavaScript.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with backend technologies such as Java, Node.js, Python, Redis, Kafka, or Golang.
- Ability to adapt and learn new technologies quickly to meet the demands of a rapidly evolving environment.
- Proven ability to balance speed and quality, making informed decisions to ship sustainable solutions.
