Job Description
- Prepare end-to-end documentation for the assigned share of transfer pricing reports and country responsibilities.
- Collect and analyze data on intercompany transactions within Citi to support transfer pricing documentation.
- Conduct functional interviews to understand complex flows in intercompany transactions.
- Collaborate closely with tax teams, business, finance, and tax professionals, and regularly interact with business and controllers to understand the business model.
- Ensure timely and effective escalation management for business queries.
- Manage routine calls with business and stakeholders to obtain clarifications and information.
- Assist with ad-hoc tax transfer pricing assignments and other miscellaneous tasks as needed.
Experience
- 0-2 years of experience in direct or international taxation or tax transfer pricing.
Skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of financial products and the financial services industry.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Word and intermediate knowledge of MS Excel.
- Deadline oriented.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of relevant global transfer pricing regulations (OECD guidelines, BEPS action plans).
