About the Role
As a Trainee Test Engineer at QualityKiosk Technologies, you will be responsible for monitoring the performance and availability of web and mobile applications for our clients. This role is critical in ensuring a seamless customer experience through proactive application monitoring and timely issue resolution.
Key Deliverables
- Continuous monitoring of applications
- Performing sanity checks across various domains
- Maintaining effective communication with stakeholders
- Following escalation protocols
- Issuing timely alerts for any issues
- Managing multiple tasks efficiently
Responsibilities
- Monitor performance and availability of applications, reporting issues to relevant stakeholders.
- Support applications in domains such as Banking, Insurance, Mutual Funds, E-commerce, Depositories, Trading, and Securities.
- Communicate proactively with clients to resolve queries quickly and accurately.
- Escalate monitoring challenges to higher levels and work towards resolution.
- Analyze automation-captured failures and notify the appropriate stakeholders promptly.
- Demonstrate strong analytical and logical reasoning skills with the ability to multitask.

Required Qualifications
- B.E/B.Tech in IT, Computer Science, or Electronics & Telecommunication
