About the Role
Kroll is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our Restructuring practice as a Trainee in New Delhi. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients including banks, lenders, private equity firms, accountants, solicitors, and corporates. You will be directly involved in managing cases such as Administrations, Liquidations, and Company Voluntary Arrangements (CVAs), while providing advisory support to organizations in financial distress across various industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize internal systems to prepare standard letters and forms in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Respond to correspondence and telephone inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Engage with creditors, employees, and directors of insolvent estates to provide updates and feedback.
- Coordinate with solicitors, agents, and debt collectors to maximize asset recovery.
- Gather information and assist in the preparation of reports.
- Manage assigned cases independently while keeping managers informed of progress.
- Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Travel to client sites when necessary.
Candidate Profile
- MBA in Systems, Finance, Data & Analytics; Engineering in Computer Science, ECE, Mechanical, Civil; or Chartered/Cost Accountant with ERP/Data & Analytics experience.
- Proficiency in Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI, with skills in building dashboards, complex data models, and workflow-driven insights.
- Knowledge of other BI tools is an advantage.
- Advanced Excel skills including Macros/VBA for automation and process optimization.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience integrating multiple data sources and creating automated workflows.
- Background in finance, accounting, or analytics with the ability to derive insights from data.
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
