Job Overview

HERE Technologies is seeking enthusiastic fresh graduates for the role of Trainee at our Navi Mumbai office. This position offers comprehensive training on market insights, business use cases, proprietary software, and tools used for managing and enhancing our digital map database.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop skills on proprietary tools and perform limited functions related to digital mapping.
• Use source material to apply basic navigation attributes such as names, addresses, speed categories, functional class entries, intersection coding, restricted maneuvers, and postal coding.
• Ensure compliance with database specifications and meet quality criteria along with project speed requirements.
• Complete assigned tasks on time, including team-based assignments when applicable.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure maps meet regional standards and maintain stability and accuracy.
• Follow organizational processes for task completion, reporting, time tracking, and leave management.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree completed in 2023, 2024, or 2025.
• BE/B.Tech and Masters degree holders are not eligible.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software applications.
• Basic analytical, innovative thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic written and oral communication skills.

Job Location & Work Mode

Location: Airoli West, Navi Mumbai
Mode: Work from Office (Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM)
