Overview
Job Responsibilities
As a Software Engineer I in the Post-Trade division, you will:
- Develop tools for the firm’s Post-Trade Platform, including reference data management, trade capture, reconciliation, P&L, trade cost management, surveillance, compliance, and regulatory functions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand user requirements for new features.
- Work across teams to design and develop reliable, scalable, and high-performance software.
- Drive technological innovation in building middle-office and back-office applications and optimizing financial processes.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science from a top-tier college or university.
- Experience: 0-3 years of relevant experience in software development.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Python and Java, with knowledge of shell scripting and Linux systems.
- Familiarity with SQL databases such as MySQL and Postgres, as well as NoSQL databases like MongoDB and Elasticsearch.
- Prior experience in electronic trading and knowledge of financial instruments (equities, commodities, credit, interest rates, FX, cryptocurrencies, futures, forwards, and options) is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English.

Eligibility
Open to candidates from the 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024 batches with degrees in Computer Science or related fields.
