Roles and Responsibilities

As a Software Engineer I, you will be part of the team responsible for designing and maintaining Tower’s Post Trade Platform. This includes:

• Building tools for trade capture, reconciliation, P&L, reference data management, trade cost management, compliance, surveillance, and regulatory reporting.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to gather user requirements and translate them into scalable features.
• Designing and implementing reliable and high-performance software solutions that support trading operations.
• Innovating the next generation of middle and back-office systems and processes.

Education Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent from a top-tier college or university.

Experience Required

• 0 to 3 years of relevant experience in software development.

Technical Skills Required

Python, Java, Shell scripting, Linux systems, SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, ElasticSearch

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with electronic trading systems.
• Understanding of financial instruments such as equities, commodities, FX, futures, options, credit, interest rates, and cryptocurrencies.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
